Regional responsibility as a company
As a company firmly anchored in the region, we take responsibility for our home. We strengthen the local economy, work closely with regional partners and promote initiatives that benefit local people.
Regional solidarity, fairness and a strong sense of togetherness are at the centre of everything we do. With our decisions, we actively contribute to maintaining and improving the quality of life in the region - for current and future generations.
Integration of the region

Integration of the region
Promote local products
We work primarily with regional service providers and craftsmen. By bringing tourists to the region, we also strengthen other businesses. At the same time, locals also benefit from the tourism infrastructure - both in their leisure time and at work.
Promotion of year-round tourism

Promotion of year-round tourism
Sustainability and stability for the region
Year-round tourism brings numerous benefits for the region and its people. It ensures continuous capacity utilisation of businesses, secures jobs in the long term and strengthens the local economy regardless of seasonal fluctuations.
It also enables resources to be used more sustainably and tourism to be better distributed, which reduces the impact on nature and infrastructure. For guests, year-round tourism creates a wide range of offers that allow them to experience the beauty and adventure opportunities of the region at any time of year.
This turns a traditional seasonal business into a sustainable model that offers the region stability and future viability.
We are developing more summer activities and want to expand our offering here in order to spread tourism throughout the year and counteract the dependence on winter sports.
Cooperation with alpine farmers

Cooperation with alpine farmers
Together for a vibrant mountain region
Alpine farmers characterise the landscape, maintain valuable cultural areas and contribute to the preservation of traditional alpine farming, which plays an important role in the ecological balance.
We work hand in hand with the local alpine farmers. Together we look after the alpine pastures.
Tourism secures the livelihood of many alpine farmers in many ways. As employees, they are an important support for the farms in winter, and as landscape conservationists they are competent allies in the fight against soil erosion and karstification.
With all these social sustainability measures, we strengthen the local community, improve working conditions and promote social cohesion in the regions. Such measures help to ensure that not only nature but also people benefit from the mountain railway projects in the long term.
