Fare and transport regulations

The Alpen Plus ski pass association includes the Brauneck-Wegscheid ski region, Wallberg, Spitzingsee-Tegernsee ski region and Sudelfeld ski paradise. Alpen Plus Partner is not a community in the legal sense, but a company under civil law.

The sales points and lift ticket offices of the ski areas do not conclude any transport contracts for the jointly valid Alpen Plus ski passes, but only act as intermediaries on behalf of the individual mountain railway companies of the ski pass association.

Each individual mountain railway and lift company in the four Alpen Plus areas is individually and solely liable for all claims and demands of third parties arising from the transport with its facilities and the use of hiking trails and ski runs (including so-called variants, insofar as liability is assumed for these) to which the passengers are transported with its facilities. This also applies in particular to all claims and demands that third parties derive from a breach of the duty to maintain safety on hiking trails and ski runs (including variants as above).

The respective valid tariff and transport conditions of the individual mountain railway and lift companies and the respective notices at the lift ticket offices apply.
