Working together for a strong region
Harmonious interaction between locals and guests is the key to successful and sustainable tourism. We create spaces for encounters that prioritise respect and appreciation.
By promoting regional offers and working closely with the local population, we not only strengthen the identity of our region, but also offer authentic experiences for our guests. Together, we create an environment in which everyone feels comfortable and from which everyone benefits - locals and visitors alike.
Fair working conditions

Fair working conditions
Advantages for both sides
We create stable jobs in the region and thus enable our employees to work locally without having to travel long distances to work. All our employees, including seasonal workers, receive fair pay, social benefits, further training and other additional benefits. In some cases, we can employ seasonal workers throughout the year by using them for other tasks in the summer (e.g. maintenance, summer activities).
Where possible, we offer our employees affordable accommodation close to the mountain railway to avoid long journeys.
Added value

Added value
For the local economy
A job in our company creates impressive added value: every job at the mountain railway creates 5.3 additional jobs in the region.
This strong network not only promotes the local economy, but also helps to create and secure jobs in numerous sectors. Our activities support sustainable growth and stable economic development in the region.
Accessibility & inclusion

Accessibility & inclusion
Creating experiences for everyone
For some people, mountain and summit happiness are only possible thanks to mountain railways. Accessibility is an important issue for us, which we can already offer in some areas. We want to give people with disabilities access to the facilities and offers on the mountain.
With special offers for senior citizens, families, children and school classes, we want to give as many people as possible access to the mountains and nature. We place a particular focus on getting children and young people interested in outdoor activities and our natural surroundings.
