Direct and personal
- Fill in the order form on screen or by hand
- Take the completed and printed order form to the sales point
- Please also bring the following with you:
- any existing chip card, if applicable
- a recent passport-sized photograph (with your name written on the back; for children, the photograph must not be more than two years old; for family season ski passes, photographs of all family members are required)
- Copy(ies) of ID for age-restricted ski passes and family season ski passes
- student ID card, if applicable

From the comfort of your own home
- Please use the link below to access the online order form
- Enter your details online
- Once you have submitted your order details, you will see an order confirmation showing the reference number and the name of the ski resort processing your order
- You will then receive an email confirming the reference number, total amount and bank details.
- Please transfer the amount, providing the necessary details, within 5 days. (If the transfer is not made within 5 days, the order will be cancelled)
- Season tickets will be issued and posted once your details have been verified and payment has been received.
- The minimum processing time after receipt of payment is 3 working days.
- Please have the following ready as JPG or PDF files, no larger than 2MB per file:
- A photograph of each person
- A valid student ID card for the student fare
